'a hatred turned'

Lady Maria Eddington celebrates her naming day with a gathering of all who have helped her, all who have been kind, and all that she wishes to work with in future. On the border with Shinton Woods she builds a new banqueting hall to host the event, honouring the Lord’s and Lady’s of the land with invitations, but also the common folk that have helped heal her heart. With both power and pragmatism condensed in the area it is no doubt a fine place for politics and connections to be made, but also for those that wish harm to strike.
